Dr. Jessica Horton - COMING SOON JULY 2025

Dr. Jessica Horton was inspired to pursue veterinary medicine after volunteering in high school with an organization that paired children with disabilities and therapy horses. Witnessing the powerful bond between the children and their horses sparked a deep desire to care for the animals that give so much to others. That early experience led her to explore veterinary medicine—and she quickly fell in love with the combination of compassionate care, medical science, and the meaningful relationships formed with both pets and their families.

Dr. Jesse earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN, graduating in May 2024. She has particular interests in feline medicine, dentistry, and diagnostic ultrasound, and is excited to continue developing her skills and areas of expertise as she grows in her career. Methodical and thoughtful in her approach, Dr. Jesse believes in taking the time to truly understand a patient’s condition—not only from a medical perspective but also how it impacts the entire family. Her goal is for every pet owner to leave confident in the care their companion has received.

Client education is central to Dr. Jesse’s philosophy. She sees pet owners as essential teammates in the care process and is always ready to talk through diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care to empower clients and strengthen the human-animal bond. What she loves most about being a veterinarian? The people. From coworkers to clients, she enjoys connecting through shared love for animals.

Now proudly calling Casper, Wyoming home, Dr. Jesse is thrilled to be part of the community. When she’s not at the clinic, she can be found outdoors hiking and exploring with her husband and three dogs. As a lifelong horse lover, she hopes to welcome horses back into her life soon.

Dr. Jesse is deeply committed to each patient’s care and always welcomes questions, conversations, and the opportunity to support your pet’s health journey.
